These records (1892) consist of reports to the chairman of the Republican Party of Montana from various committees regarding members, delegate selection, credentials, organization, and party platform. Also included are resolutions drafted to address the preservation of American markets; banning of Mexican lead; free silver; exclusion of Chinese laborers; pensions for Union soldiers; increased western land surveys; revocation of railroad mineral rights; endorsement of President Harrison's administration; and support of James G.
